Classic flavours of smoked salmon, dijon, cream cheese, cucumber, capers, shallots dill, lemon and everything bagel seasoning on a piece of crusty rye sourdough is the perfect open sandwich for any time of day!
- 2 pieces of rye sourdough
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1 shallot, shaved or finely sliced
- 1 clove of garlic, cut in half
- 1 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Toast sourdough then rub garlic on it
- Spread over mustard and cream cheese
- Add cucumber, salmon, shallots, carpers, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, Salt, Pepper and everything bagel seasoning.
